Delete your account

Applies to the Learn With Nathan Academy and the Learn With Nathan apps for iOS and Android.

You can delete your Learn With Nathan account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone or waiting for a reply. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the mobile app

Open the app and sign in.
Tap the account icon in the top bar.
Scroll to Delete account.
Enter your password and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

On the web

Sign in at academy.learnwithnathan.com.
Open Account.
Scroll to Delete account.
Enter your password, choose Delete my account, and confirm.

Locked out? If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the sign-in screen and then delete the account. If that is not possible either, email info@a1aiagents.com from the address on the account and it will be deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email address, hashed password	Deleted immediately
Your reading progress across every book	Deleted immediately
Every sign-in session, on every device	Deleted immediately — you are signed out everywhere
Pending verification and password-reset codes	Deleted immediately
Your newsletter subscription	Deleted immediately
Messages you sent through the contact form	Kept while the enquiry is being dealt with, then removed. Email info@a1aiagents.com to have them removed sooner
Server logs and email delivery records	Expire on their normal schedule, within 30 days

Things worth knowing first

Deletion cannot be undone. Nothing is archived and nothing can be restored.
Your place in every book is lost. If you want to keep reading later, you will start from the beginning.
A confirmation email goes to the address that was on the account.
You can register again with the same email address whenever you like. Every book is still free.
